About the Project
24ADP is the first of its kind Digital Marketing Conference in Pune. Completely conceptualized and initiated by a team of veteran Digital Marketers called Pune Digital Marketers. The idea of this conference was to bring experts from all over the Digital Marketing industry in India to come together and share the vast knowledge with budding Digital Marketers and professionals alike.

What was the Brief?
The brief was to capture all key highlights from the event and showcase it in a short after-movie video that could be shared on social media post the event. The theme of the event was #EvolveTogether. This theme was to be subtly highlighted in the video. We also had to capture interviews in a talk show format with all the key speakers at the event. Still-photographs for social media promotions were also to be shot during the event.
What Did we Deliver?
We executed the shoot with 2 teams of DOP and attendants simultaneously rotating through the venue without causing too much distraction to the live viewers at the event. 2 Photographers were also positioned in strategic locations so that all the action was captured without any issues. An interview setup was installed in the adjacent rooms so that the talk show format video could be shot as soon as we received the schedule for each speaker. After the final post-production, we delivered the after-movie and still photographs needed for social media promotions.
